Hupenyu Gunduza has over 12 years of experience in the field of Community Development, concentrating on social economic development, education and health. Adept at organising outreach events, working with community leaders and doing whatever is necessary to make a difference. 

She is a proven academic and professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies and Certificate in Psycho-social Counselling and focused on non-profit and charitable organisations. 

At ZayoHub, Peny provides administrative support and works alongside the Administrative Assistant but not limited to hub liaison, hub activities implementation support and logistics.
