
CHARLOTTE SCOTT
CHARLOTTE SCOTT is the founder and CEO of ZayoHub Zambia. She’s a British-born Zambian-citizen, with a long career in research, program design and evaluation for development organizations, universities and think-tanks, including the Overseas Development Institute, the Institute for Development Studies, USAID and UNICEF. She has played a leadership role in the development of substantial new policy initiatives in Zambia, notably in the development of social protection in Zambia. Her work has extended to other countries in eastern and southern Africa, and she also served as UNICEF’s Chief of Social and Economic Policy in West and Central Africa. Charlotte wrote the global thematic report on inequality for the UN Secretary General’s High-level Panel on Millennium Development goals.
Charlotte has a degree from Oxford University, and a PhD from Bath on the sociology of chronic poverty. She is a member of the Oxford University International Advisory Board on African Studies, and has been a trustee / board member of a large number of NGOs, with special interest in rural development, women and children.

STEPHEN MUMBI
STEPHEN MUMBI is a self-motivated and passionate social development worker with 17 years of practical experience working mainly in remote areas of Zambia. He is a university graduate with Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and has worked with local and international NGOs in facilitating and offering technical support to implementation of self-sustaining community led programmes in Education, Health, Environment and Water Resource Management, Climate change, Sustainable Livelihoods, Gender mainstreaming and HIV and AIDS.
As a Programs Officer for Chiawa and Sianyoolo Zayohubs. His key responsibilities are to provide technical support for efficient and effective operations of the local hub and as well as providing a link between local Zayohubs and Zayohub Zambia.

STELLA MATAKALA
STELLA MATAKALA is a programme assistant at Western ZAYOHUB.
She assists in mentoring and providing support to Western ZayoHub agents in the daily activities to provide efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery of the hubs.
She has a Diploma in Community Development and experience with working with Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR ) as a field assistant in supporting children with disabilities in collaboration with the Ministry of Health to provide available necessary aid and also in support with the Ministry of Education in sensitising plot schools in inclusive education which was carried out in three districts covering Kazungula, Livingstone and Zimba.
She also worked with Catholic medical mission board (CMMB) as a social worker at Mwandi Mission Hospital and assistant coordinator in child protection in collaboration with the department of social welfare.

HUPENYU GUNDUZA
HUPENYU GUNDUZA has over 12 years of experience in the field of Community Development, concentrating on social economic development, education and health. Adept at organising outreach events, working with community leaders and doing whatever is necessary to make a difference.
She is a proven academic and professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies and Certificate in Psycho-social Counselling and focused on non-profit and charitable organisations.
At ZayoHub, Peny provides administrative support and work alongside the Administrative Assistant but not limited to hub liaison, hub activities implementation support and logistics.

STEPHEN CHIRWA
STEPHEN CHIRWA is ZayoHub’s youngest employee whose role is assisting with Data Collection and Recording at ZayoHub’s Head Office while supporting and implementing hub activities. He is an Office Assistant who is highly self-motivated, with good computer software skills and financial record keeping.
He has over 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing department while working for Vodafone Zambia.

EVANS SIAME
EVANS SIAME is a well-qualified driver with robust 6 years of experience in defensive and safety driving while driving high profile officials and persons.
He is a self-proclaimed mechanic who possess great knowledge on mechanical techniques with the ability to detect, repair and work on any mechanical fault that a vehicle can pose at him.
Evans as the lead driver of ZayoHub, helps in ensuring that all vehicles and well maintained and checked in for servicing and road fitness before they embark on any journey.
“Driving is my passion and I enjoy every second I spend behind the wheel,” Evans said.
